Harry Kane And Matt Doherty Show Their Cricketing Prowess in a Six-Hitting Challenge At Lord’s
On Monday evening, Tottenham teammates Harry Kane and Matt Doherty showed their cricketing prowess in a six-hitting challenge at Lord’s. Before the London Spirits’ Hundred fight with Manchester Originals.

Before the competition, Kane revealed that his habit was limited to a little indoor quick cricket at the Spurs gym, but that he has a player’s eye for hitting the ball, whether with the hand or foot.
Asked who is the best cricketer in the Spurs dressing room, Kane said: “Harty (Joe Hart, who now plays for Celtic) was the best when we were playing a lot.

After several attempts to clear the rope, Kane found the boundary but on the bounce, it earned the respect.
In view, Nasser Hussain was asked to criticize the techniques (see video below). “He (Kane) is clearly a good golfer,” said the former England captain.

“He’s got a little bit of golf in there and he (Doherty) has played a lot of cricket with the way he has hit it. They can clearly transfer skills from one game to another.”
During the game itself, Jordan Thompson produced his best hundred bowling figures as the Spirit beat the Originals by 52 runs to register their second consecutive win and rise to the top of the table.

Seymour Thompson, who took two wickets in his tournament debut at the Oval last week, followed it up with a fine 20-ball 4-21 at Lord’s to bundle out the original for just 108 runs.
He was supported by the rest of the Spirit attack to ensure a second consecutive defeat for the Manchester organization, as the home team’s total was 160–6, with Zak Crowley scoring 41 off 34, which proved more than enough.
