Strong Recovery After Surgery
Like Team India’s wicket-keeper batsman Rishabh Pant, Nicholas Pooran was a victim of a horrific car accident in 2015. Both his legs were badly injured in the accident. Nicholas Pooran was 19 years old at that time. After several surgeries, the doctors asked Puran to forget cricket. He was advised to stay away from the ground. However, ignoring all these things, Puran kept preparing for his return to the field. Nicolas was supported by his childhood friend Catherine Miguel in difficult times. Puran managed to return to the field only after a year. West Indies explosive batter married Catherine Miguel in 2020.
