India Got a Big win on the third day in Nagpur
Team India won by an innings and 132 runs in the opening Test match of the Border Gavaskar Trophy-2023. This victory was also special because the Australian team succumbed on the third day itself. Pat Cummins won the toss and decided to bat first but his team was reduced to just 177 runs. Then the Indian team scored 400 runs thanks to the century of captain Rohit Sharma (120) and strong innings of Ravindra Jadeja (70) and Akshar Patel (84). The Australia team got piled on just 91 runs in the second innings. Dhurandhar all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja became the man of the match who scored 70 runs and took a total of 7 wickets in both the innings.

Will Ishaan Kishan be Included?
KS Bharat is now finding it difficult to play in the second Test match of the series to be held in Delhi. In such a situation, captain Rohit Sharma and coach Rahul Dravid can include Ishaan Kishan in the playing-11 for the second test. Ishaan Kishan is yet to make his Test debut.

This is the Big Reason
There could be some reasons behind giving a chance to Ishaan Kishan. Actually, there is not a single left-handed batsman in the top order of the Indian team. Captain Rohit Sharma, veteran Virat Kohli, opener KL Rahul and veteran Cheteshwar Pujara are all right-handed batsmen. Therefore, to make up for the lack of left-handed batsman, captain Rohit Sharma and Rahul Dravid can give Ishan Kishan a chance to play the match. If Ishaan gets a chance, he will play in the top order only. KS Bharat could not capitalize on the opportunity he got in Nagpur while Ishaan is in excellent rhythm. He has played 13 ODIs and 27 T20 International matches so far. He has added 507 runs in ODIs which includes a double century. At the same time, in the T20 International format, he has scored 653 runs with the help of 4 half-centuries.
