England have entered the final of the T20 World Cup 2022 with a thumping 10-wicket win over India. Batting first, Team India had scored 168 runs on the board, this score was achieved by the English team in just 16 overs. The biggest contribution in England’s victory was the openers who took the team to this target without losing wickets. Jos Buttler scored 80 and Alex Hales played an unbeaten innings of 86 runs. There was a partnership of 170 runs for the first wicket between the two batsmen. On the basis of this partnership, Butler and Hales set a new world record in the T20 World Cup.

In this World Cup, there was a partnership of 168 runs between the two batsmen against Bangladesh. While at number three is the pair of Mahela Jayawardene and Kumar Sangakkara, who added 166 runs against West Indies in 2010. At the fourth and last position in this list is the pair of Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan, who scored an unbeaten 152 against India in 2021.
