SCA held a ceremony to change the name of the stadium on Wednesday, 14 February. India’s spinner all-rounders Ravindra Jadeja and Cheteshwar Pujara were honored at the ceremony. SCA honored both the cricketers from Gujarat for their contribution and achievements in Indian cricket. Jadeja will take the field in Rajkot Test.
