Sarfaraz Khan, who was looking in good form in his debut match, was run out due to a wrong call by Ravindra Jadeja in the third Test match being played between England and India in Rajkot. After this incident, Jadeja apologized to Sarfaraz Khan and also shared a post on social media in which he wrote, “Feeling bad for @sarfarazkhan97, it was my wrong call” which means “Feeling bad for @sarfarazkhan97, It was my wrong call.”
Captain Rohit Sharma was also disappointed :-
Let us tell you that after Sarfaraz Khan was in good form in the debut match, when he was run out, Indian captain Rohit Sharma also looked very disappointed in the dressing room, after which the camera captured him throwing his cap in anger.
Sarfaraz, while mentioning this incident in the press conference after the match, had said that such things are part of the game. He said, “He came into the dressing room and said, ‘There was a little miscommunication…'” So then I told him, “It happens. It’s part of the game.”

Sarfaraz also talked to his brother Musheer Khan on phone :-
Apart from this, after the first day’s play, Sarfaraz also talked to his brother Mushir Khan on phone, the video of which was shared by BCCI. In the video, Sarfaraz Khan while talking to his brother Musheer Khan asked, “How are you brother, you were playing well, right?” Musheer said, “Okay brother, my heart felt happy after seeing number one brother.” On this Sarfaraz said, “One day you too will come here and play.”
Sarfaraz further said, “Mushir, whenever I have problems in my batting, I definitely watch his batting because we play the same way. It was nice talking to my brother. Half the family is here and half is in Mumbai. It was a nice surprise and a very good day for me.”
How was the first day of the third test :-
Talking about the match, India won the toss in Rajkot and decided to bat first. In the first session, India had scored only 33 runs after losing three wickets and the team was looking completely shaky, after which captain Rohit Sharma got the support of Jadeja and together they made a partnership of 204 runs for the fourth wicket.
At the end of the first day, India was at 326 runs for the loss of five wickets, thanks to centuries from Rohit and Jadeja and a half-century from Sarfaraz.
