Virender Sehwag tweeted, “Baseball, Batti Gul, the England team could not play as per expectations and looked completely ineffective after the second test. His troubles were further compounded by the captain failing miserably and it seemed as if he was living in an illusion. England had no way to make this method successful.

What did Ben Stokes say after the fifth test ?

England captain Ben Stokes‘ bat was successful in the first match but after that he continuously flopped. Ben Stokes scored 199 runs in 5 matches at an average of 19.90, during which his best score was 70 runs.

Stokes said after the fifth Test, “We were beaten by a better team in the series. We have a lot of cricket to play in the coming time (New Zealand and Pakistan series), which we are looking forward to. When you look at the India series, we could not maintain the small moments. We all know personally where the mistake happened. We will take positives from this series.
