India’s rising star Yashasvi Jaiswal is in great form in the ongoing Test series against England and on the first day of the fifth Test, Yashasvi Jaiswal played a strong inning of 57 runs. During his innings, he also hit three sixes in a single over, due to which he broke a big record of India’s great Sachin Tendulkar.
Most sixes in Test against one team :-
In fact, Yashasvi Jaiswal has now come at number one in the list of Indian players in terms of hitting most sixes against a team in Tests.
So far he has hit 26 sixes in the ongoing Test series against England. Earlier this record was in the name of Sachin Tendulkar who had hit 25 sixes in the Test against Australia. Rohit Sharma is at number three in this list, he has hit 22 sixes against South Africa.
Kapil Dev is at number four in this matter, he has hit 21 sixes against England. India’s star wicketkeeper batsman Rishabh Pant has also hit 21 sixes against England.

Yashasvi Jaiswal is very close to breaking Sunil Gavaskar’s big record :-
Sunil Gavaskar holds the record for scoring the most runs in a Test series for India. Sunil Gavaskar scored 774 runs against West Indies in 1971. Gavaskar is also at second place in the list, he had scored 732 runs against West Indies in India in 1978-79. Yashasvi Jaiswal has reached third place in this list. He has 712 runs in his name, which he has scored against England. Virat Kohli has scored 692 runs against Australia.
