IND vs NZ series: Before the series against New Zealand, fitness video of Umran Malik went viral

IND vs NZ series: Team India’s fast bowler Umran Malik is in a lot of discussion these days. In the semi-finals of the ICC T20 World Cup 2022, Team India lost the match by 10 wickets. Despite giving a target of 169 runs, the bowlers of Team India could not take a single wicket of England.

Umran came into the limelight after India’s defeat in the semi-finals :-

Umran Malik has been in the news ever since India’s humiliating semi-final defeat. He plays for Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Apart from this, he is a part of the Indian cricket team for the tour of New Zealand from 18 November. India has to play three-match ODI and T20 International series in New Zealand.

Umran Malik has made his T20 International debut and has played a total of three matches for India. He has taken two wickets in three matches at an economy rate of 12.44.

Umran Malik’s pace is his biggest USP. He is such a bowler, who can bowl continuously at a speed of 150 kmph. All former fast bowlers have said that as Umran continues to play, his bowling will improve.
