The ICC 2022 World Cup Team :-

The India women’s team, which was in the 2017 World Cup final, is scheduled to play one single T20 International and five One Day Internationals before the ICC 2022 World Cup squad.

India will begin their tour with a one-off T20I match against the White Ferns in Queenstown on 9 February. The first ODI was earlier expected to start on February 11.

Apart from that the second (on 14th February) and the third (on 16th February) will start with the last two. Matches are to be held on the 22nd and 24th of this month.

NZC changes dates for India Women’s NZ tour

New Zealand Cricket has not exchanged the T20I match between the two sides but has pushed the first three ODIs by a day or two, while the last two matches are to go as per schedule.

“NZC has exchanged dates for the KFC India Tour of NZ between the White Ferns and India Women, which will be played exclusively at the John Davis Oval in Queenstown,” the board said in a statement.

On January 6, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Thursday released the 15-member Indian women’s squad for the ICC Women’s World Cup 2022 and the New Zealand ODI series.

Skilled Indian player Mithali Raj will guide the Indian team for the last time before retiring from international cricket at the end of the World Cup in April.
Harmanpreet Kaur will be Mithali’s deputy for both the World Cup and the New Zealand series.
