IND vs PAK: Virat and Dhoni met the players after defeating Pakistan and praised them

IND vs PAK: After India’s loss to Pakistan in their Super 12 match on Sunday. Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni showed the “spirit of cricket” and interacted with the opposition and praised them.

Despite Team India suffering a crushing defeat in the T20 World Cup opener. Captain Virat Kohli showed the “spirit of cricket” by remaining calm while interacting with the opposition team after the match. Pakistan defeated Kohli’s team by 10 wickets in the Super 12 match played at the Dubai International Stadium on Sunday.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) shared a picture on social media of Kohli interacting with Rizwan, Azam and captioned it, “Spirit of cricket! #WeHaveWeWill”.

Meanwhile, pictures of Dhoni shared by fans on social media. The former India captain can be seen interacting with the likes of Azam, Shoaib Malik, and Imad Wasim.

Openers Mohammad Rizwan and Babar Azam put together a 152-run stand to help Pakistan reach the finishing line and Kohli can be seen exchanging a few words with the two after the win. Broadcasters also showed Team India mentor, MS Dhoni, talking to some Pakistan cricketers after the game, and this sent social media into a slump.

Kohli’s half-century (57 off 49 balls) proved to be crucial and Rishabh Pant also contributed to the scoreboard with his 30-ball 39.

Chasing a target of 152 runs, Pakistan reached 152 for no loss in 17.5 overs. Openers Rizwan and Azam remained unbeaten on 79 and 68 respectively.
