IND vs SA, 1st Test: South African fast bowler Kagiso Rabada has achieved a major achievement by taking 5 wickets in the first innings of the first Test match against India. Kagiso Rabada completed 500 wickets in international cricket by taking 5 wickets. He has become the seventh South African bowler to do so.

With this, Rabada achieved his first five-wicket haul against India in Test cricket. Rabada took five wickets for 44 runs in 17 overs on the first day. With this he has become the bowler to take 500 wickets in international cricket. In terms of international wickets for South Africa, he is behind Shaun Pollock (823), Dale Steyn (697), Makhaya Ntini (661), Allan Donald (602), Jacques Kallis (572) and Morne Morkel (535).

Rabada has five wicket hauls against all countries :-

Rabada now has a five-wicket haul against all the Test playing nations he has played against. He has taken three wickets against Australia, two against Bangladesh and West Indies, four against England and 1 each against India, New Zealand and Sri Lanka.
