New Delhi, Online Desk. The third match of the T20 series between India and South Africa is to be played in Visakhapatnam today. All eyes are going to be on this match today. If Team India loses today’s match against South Africa, then it will lose the series. Rishabh Pant got the captaincy of the Indian T20 team for the first time and he is on the verge of losing the trophy with two consecutive defeats. If he does not make a comeback from here, then he will equal a very embarrassing record of his mentor Mahendra Singh Dhoni.

Equals the embarrassing record of Dhoni
South Africa’s team has reached India’s soil for the third time to play T20 series. In 2015-16, the team played a T20 series for the first time by the visiting team. For the second time in 2019-20, the team played a series in this format in India and now in 2022 the team has toured India. In the first series, Dhoni was in command of the team and India lost 2-0 here. The Proteas had won in Dharamsala and Cuttack while the Kolkata T20 could not be played. Pant would not want to be the second captain to lose a series in T20Is at home.
