The West Indies team created history by defeating India in the fifth T20 match and winning the five-match series 3-2. This is the first time in the history of T20I cricket, when the Caribbean team defeated India. Except for one or two players, Hardik’s young army could not show anything special in the whole series.

From West Indies, Brandon King wreaked havoc with the bat. King dominated the Indian bowlers right from the start in the decider. The Caribbean batsman played a blistering inning of 85 off 55 balls and returned with a memorable win for the team.

King also got good support from Nicholas Pooran and together they shared a century partnership for the second wicket. The Indian bowling attack looked completely helpless in front of Pooran and King. Puran played a brilliant inning of 47 runs off 35 balls
