Will Play Some Practice Matches in NCA

The report further states that Bumrah had taken part in a few practice matches at the NCA in the last 10 days, but is still awaiting clearance. The BCCI is constantly monitoring Bumrah’s progress and will also monitor his workload as per its normal schedule. The board is being cautious on this front as it is looking at his participation in the World Test Championship final to be played in London in July and the ODI World Cup to be held in India later this year. But the BCCI will also have to balance the interests of five-time winners Mumbai Indians. Who would like to bring back their most powerful bowler in the tournament. Last season was bad for Mumbai Indians and would be hoping to get Bumrah back in their fold.
