On Sunday, August 28, they will face each other for the 15th time in the Asia Cup. India is currently leading face-to-face 8-5.

Both teams will play a qualifier in their 2nd GROUP Match.

Super Four Stage:

Two teams from both groups will qualify for the Group Stage. The team place third will eliminate. Each team will play against the other 3 teams in the Super Four. This means that second India vs Pakistan meeting in the tournament will take place in the Super-Four stage.

• As expected if India and Pakistan advance through the group stage, they will meet in the Super Four stage.
• The Super Four Stage is a round-robin format where two table toppers of both groups will meet each other once.

• Interestingly, if a certain set of results is met, India and Pakistan could meet twice in the T20 World Cup, stretching the meetings to 5, if a certain set of results is met.
