India plans to play Tests in England in the summer of 2022
England and India backed plans to play a Tests in England in the summer of 2022. The match replaces the fifth Test at Old Trafford which was abandoned earlier this month.
The Level not Confirmed :-
It is not confirmed whether the match will be a standalone game completed the series. which began in August, but it will prevent most of the system damage caused by the ECB being absent in Manchester.
It can also avoid any differences between the ECB and the BCCI about the reasons for the embellishment and who should take responsibility.
A Possibility in Earlier Discussions :-
Earlier discussions included a possibility that the Test would be replaced with two T20Is. India is already in the UK as part of the limited overs tour, which may be more convenient for the visitors.
One place has been approved in the schedule of the test and it is believed that this will complete. The series in which India are currently leading 2-1.

The England’s Plans Revealed :-
The ECB has now also got an opportunity from Cricket Australia (CA) to reveal its plans for England during the Ashes.
Although disclosure at this stage is unclear, it is understood that plans including details of quarantine arrangements and the need for bubbles throughout the tour.
