Romario Shepherd, who came to bat at number 9, hit 44 quick runs in 22 balls. With this, he became the first batsman to score the most runs while batting at number 9 for the West Indies. Earlier this record was in the name of spinner Sunil Narayan. He scored 30 runs in 17 balls. Not only this, Shepherd has become the fourth player to score the most runs while batting at number 9 in T20 cricket. Ahead of them are Swiss batsman Ali Nair (1), Oman’s Naseem Khushi (2) and Pakistan’s Anwar Ali (3).

De Kock Beat Rahul

In this match, South African opener Quinton Dickock made a feat to his name, leaving behind Indian batsman KL Rahul. Dickock scored 21 runs in 21 balls in this match. Dickock has now gone ahead of Rahul in the list of batsmen who have scored the most runs in T20 cricket. Now he has come at number 15.
