IPL 2024: There can be big changes in RCB ‘s coaching staff, know the reason
IPL 2024, RCB coaching staff: Royal Challengers Bangalore may make a big change in the coaching staff if they are out of the playoff race in IPL 2023. The franchise is yet to renew the contracts of the team’s Director of Cricket Operations Mike Hesson and head coach Sanjay Bangar.

IPL 2024, RCB coaching staff: According to ESPN circinfo, contracts are usually renewed by September, but the franchise is looking at a change in the coaching staff. It is not confirmed whether RCB has informed Hesson and Bangar, both of whom did not respond to queries from ESPNcricinfo. RCB said in a statement, “His contract with RCB is still intact. If there is any change in the next team, we will inform further.”

Management angry with the poor performance of the team :-
Hesson joined the coaching staff in August 2019. At the same time, Bangar joined the team from the 2022 season, when Simon Katich parted ways with the franchise. Under Hesson, RCB finished fourth in the league in 2020 and lost to Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Eliminator, while finishing third in 2021. Where they lost to Kolkata Knight Riders. After winning the Eliminator in 2022, they finished fourth after losing to Rajasthan Royals in Qualifier-2.
