IPL GC Members General Meeting to be held at (BCCI) AGM on December 4
The IPL GC Member’s Annual General Meeting will be held. On December 4 at the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) AGM.
In an email, the BCCI secretary’s office on Tuesday night (October 9) was giving the message to the state associations. That the election would be convening for the two Governing Council members of the Indian Premier League (IPL).
A Mostly at the end of September :-
That the AGM of the BCCI usually takes place at the end of September.
“Electoral Officers, Full Members of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (“BCCI”). Hereby invites Full Members of the BCCI to submit applications to have their respective representatives (“Representatives”).

The General Meeting of the BCCI, 4 December 2021 (“BCCI Elections”). For the Posts of two (2) members of the Governing Session. (as members elected by the General Body under Rule 28(2)(i) of the BCCI Constitution),” The notification, seen by Cricbuzz, says.
As Per BCCI Arrangement :-
The IPL GC will have two members who will need to be elected every year. It is significant for the present IPL chairman Brijesh Patel, who will have to contest re-election that day.
And, Besides Brijesh and Khairul Jamal Majumdar. The electing member of the seven-member Governing Council. Which includes two office-bearers (Secretary and Treasurer – Jay Shah and Arun Singh Dhumal), CEO (Hemang Amin). A statue of the Players Association (Pragyan Ojha) and a nominee of the CAG (CM Sane).
The IPL GC members selection process :-
Tuesday’s notice, sent by BCCI Electoral Officer AK Joti, outlines. the process for selecting IPL GC members and calls on each state association to nominate its members at the AGM.

The process will already have set in motion by the officer on Tuesday. And The notification also mentions that the election will be conducting between 12 noon to 2 pm with the result to follow at 3 pm.
A formal notification with full agenda for the AGM is expecting soon.
