The match earlier scheduled to take place on Tuesday but Ireland did not have a full XI due to five corona cases and two players getting injured. Captain Andy Balbirnie also could not play this match on Thursday.

Giving Ireland a good start, scored 37 runs in the first five overs

William Porterfield and stand-in captain Paul Stirling gave It’s a good start with 37 runs in the first five overs. Harry Tector played an unbeaten 54 off 75 balls, which is his second consecutive half-century.
