Kusal Perera turns Covid positive will stay away

Sri Lankan batsman Kusal Perera has tested positive for COVID, he will have to stay away from everyone for at least ten days. The development of the group should not have ruled him out of the fixed-over series against South Africa in the first half of September.
Kusal who missed the home series against India in July due to a shoulder injury was preparing to return to cricket after testing positive for the virus on Sunday. We Will keep them in isolation for ten to 14 days, we will do our heartfelt reps.
Perera Covid positive may be away for close to ten days, he said, So ‘If he comes back after recovering from cardiac assessment and other tests, we will not keep him away from South Africa series. He expects the Sri Lankan team to enter the biosecure bubble around August 25 to prepare for the series. So after their isolation period is over, they will be allowed to remain in the bubble.
The series was not expected to go out, Atanayake advised, it was not yet clear whether his shoulder injury would recover after his return to international cricket.
South Africa will play three ODIs and three T20Is in Colombo. The first match will be played on September 2 and the last on September 14.
