South African batsman Laura Wolvaardt will return to the Adelaide Strikers in the WBBL for the 2021-22 season.

He has been in good form with back-to-back half-centuries in the ODI series on the current tour of West Indies. Whereas in the second T20I, he hit four consecutive sixes to end the innings.

Prior to that tour, he played in the Hundred for Northern Supercharge with 181 runs at an average of 36.20 and a strike rate of 116.77.
