Opener Lizelle Lee’s 75 off 52 balls won South Africa the series. South Africa scripted a 50-run win over hosts West Indies in the second T20 International in Antigua and took the series 1–0.

Lee reaches his fifty in 39 balls :-

The spectators called to bat with Lee and Dane Van Niekerk cooped up got off to a strong start to put up a 53-run opening stand. It was left-arm pacer Kiana Joseph who took the victory in the seventh over with the wicket of Van Niekerk. Hayley Mathews was disappointed with the double strike in the 18th over. Lee scored 75, hitting 12 fours and a six. While Kapp was dismissed for 24 off 32 balls. Ayabonga Khaka was frugal in his four overs :-

Chasing the target, the hosts made a good start, scoring 21 runs in 2.3 overs. But Mathews was out on the very next ball. Noncululeko Mlaba and Cup struck regularly to stop the West Indies top-order batsmen with the asking rate climbing. Ayabonga Khaka was ruthless in her four overs, conceding only eight runs and taking two wickets.
