Mohammad Kaif, the most successful all-rounder of the Indian cricket team, is celebrating his 41st birthday on 1 December. Kaif has played Test and One Day International matches for India. However, he retired from cricket on 13 July 2018.

Mohammad Kaif was born on 1 December 1980 in Allahabad. His father’s name is Mohammad Tarif and he was also a cricketer. Kaif was interested in cricket since childhood. For this, he came to Kanpur from Prayagraj at the age of 11, and here he started living in the hostel of Green Park Stadium.

Career-

After his stellar performances in the Under-19s, he captained the Indian team in the Under-19 World Cup in 2000 and led India to victory. He made his Test debut against South Africa in 2000 itself. After this, on 28 January 2002, he played his ODI debut against England.
