Mithali Raj becomes the second women batter and first Indian women batter to score 10,000 international cricket runs including all formats
Indian ODI captain Mithali joins England’s Charlette Edwards, who scored 10,000 runs in 2016.
She achieved this milestone during ongoing series against South African Women, where she scored 36 runs off 50 balls with five boundaries
Mithali played a total of 311 matches and scored 10,001 in all International cricket formats and currently the highest run-scorer in the world
She made her ODI debut in 1999 against Ireland and she played a total of 212 ODI matches and scored 6974 runs for Indian Women cricket yet
Mithali, who retired from T20I in 2019, also had an outstanding performance in the shortest format. she scored 2,364 runs in 89 matches with an average of 37.52 and she also Played 10 test games and accumulated 663 runs
