Mohammad Aamir, “Fixer-Fixer”: Former Pakistan fast bowler Mohammad Aamir is currently playing in Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2024. He is part of the Quetta Gladiators franchise.

The 28th match of PSL was played between Quetta Gladiators and Lahore Qalandars on Sunday, March 10, in which Quetta Gladiators won on the last ball in a thrilling match against Lahore Qalandars.

While going towards the dressing room, Aamir was told “Fixer – Fixer” :-

After the end of the match, when Aamir was going towards the dressing room, some fans saw him and started shouting ‘Fixer – Fixer’, after which Aamir’s blood boiled and he got into a fight with the spectators. He said angrily, “This is what you learn from home.”

Before the matter could escalate further, a fellow player took Aamir away from him and the matter was quickly calmed down. Aamir took retirement from international cricket in the year 2020. He was implicated in spot-fixing in 2010 and had to face a ban.

Aamir’s performance is not good in the current season of PSL :-

Aamir’s performance so far in the current season of PSL has not been good. He has taken only 6 wickets in seven matches. He conceded 30 runs in a 4 over spell against Lahore and took one wicket. Lahore scored 166/4. In reply, Gladiators scored 169 runs after losing 4 wickets in 20 overs. Gladiators won on the last ball. Mohammad Wasim hit the winning six against captain Shaheen Afridi.
