A security team of New Zealand Cricket (NZC) has cleared their tour of Pakistan for a six-match white-ball series. The Tom Latham-led Black Caps will arrive in Pakistan next week for the first time in 18 years for three ODIs and as many Twenty20 Internationals.
New Zealand Cricket Players Association (NZCPA) chief executive Heath Mills confirmed on Thursday (September 2) that “the pre-tour investigation has been completed. And the tour will continue as planned so far.” “We have confidence in the security team and various tour arrangements,” said Mills, director of the Federation of International Cricketers’ Associations (FICA). The series runs from September 11 to October 3.
New Zealand Cricket Hired ESI :
New Zealand Cricket had hired ESI, a specialized firm of security experts. It helps protect high-profile individuals, corporate employees and professional sports teams.
And they have been approved. Among those who visited Pakistan were ESI security experts Reg Dickason and David Sneers. He is also the Security Advisor to Cricket Australia (CA), England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) and FICA.

New Zealand Team will visit Pakistan on 11 September for the First Time Since 2003 :
The New Zealand team, currently in Bangladesh, will travel to Pakistan. On 11 September for the first time since 2003.
