NZ vs AUS, T20I series: New Zealand Cricket has announced its squad for the upcoming three-match T20I series against Australia on Tuesday, February 13. Fast bowler Trent Boult will once again make a comeback in the shorter format through this series.

Trent Boult will be seen playing T20 series after about 15 months. Earlier, he had played an international T20 match in November 2022. Apart from Bolt, Rachin Ravindra and Josh Clarkson have also been included in the 14-member team.

Trent Boult will be included in the team for the second and third T20I :-

Trent Boult has been included in the team for the second and third T20 of the T20 series against Australia, both of these matches will be played in Auckland. Trent Boult will replace experienced fast bowler Tim Southee, he will not play two matches to manage the workload. After this there is also a two-match test series.

Daryl Mitchell could not return due to injury :-

New Zealandโ€™s star batsman Daryl Mitchell has not been able to return due to injury. He is recovering from a leg injury. Kane Williamson is going to become a father once again, due to which he is on leave. Michael Bracewell is out with a finger injury. Jimmy Neesham was not available for selection as he is playing in the Bangladesh Premier League.
