In Charge of Pakistan women’s Team For Two Years:-

Ganja has been in charge of the Pakistan women’s team for almost two years, but the 51-year-old will step down from the top job when his current contract expires in October.

The Bermudian said the ability to spend more time with his family was influential in his decision.

Ganja said, “I have enjoyed living in Pakistan and working with female cricketers, but it has also been difficult for me and my young family as I haven’t been able to spend enough time with them like any other father.” “

“After consulting my family, I have conveyed this difficult decision to the Pakistan Cricket Board, which very graciously understood my position and accepted my decision,” he said.

Incredibly Enjoyable And Satisfying:-

“Working with the girls has been incredibly enjoyable and satisfying.

“While the results in the international arena may not really reflect the hard work and effort that went into the planning and preparation, I am satisfied that I gave my best and the girls responded equally.”

Hemp helped Pakistan put on a competitive show during the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup in New Zealand earlier this year, an obvious highlight. With their historic eight-wicket win over West Indies in Hamilton.

The improvement of Pakistan’s young players has also been a major positive of Ganja’s regime. The likes of Fatima Sana improving further as they are exposed to the rigors of the international game.

Showcased his outstanding talent in the Commonwealth:-

“I was particularly pleased with the emergence of Fatima Sana. Who won the ICC Emerging Cricketer of the Year 2021 award? And became the first Pakistan woman cricketer to win the ICC Cricketer of the Month award. And showcasing her outstanding talent in the recently concluded Commonwealth Games. “I am optimistic that we will see many more young women cricketers from domestic competitions. And talent hunt programs enter Pakistan’s framework and contribute to the teams’ future achievements.
