IND vs AUS, T20I, Harshal Patel: Team India suffered a four-wicket defeat against Australia in Mohali. It is also difficult for Indian cricket fans to digest this defeat because till the 17th over it seemed that Team India had captured the match, but then in the 18th and 19th over, Harshal Patel and Bhuvneshwar Kumar looted such runs. That Kangaroos won the match four balls before the end of 20 overs.

Bhuvneshwar and Harshal Patel gave runs fiercely in the 18th and 19th overs :-

Harshal 22 in the 18th over and Bhuvi 16 in the 19th over, Australia won the match and took a 1-0 lead in the series. Former Pakistan captain Salman Butt has questioned the fast bowling of both Bhuvi and Harshal after this match.

Salman Butt, “How did Bhuvneshwar Kumar get the ball in the last overs” :-

Salman Butt said on his YouTube channel, ‘I don’t understand how you can throw the ball to Bhuvneshwar Kumar to defend runs in the last overs? That’s not true at all, he doesn’t have the pace, nor can he reverse swing the ball.

It was a match against Afghanistan and the pitch was different there. The pitch is different in Mohali, he can prove to be dangerous with the new ball that too when there is movement in the pitch.

But, “You are relying on the wrong fast bowlers” :-

Salman Butt further said, ‘You have Mohammad Siraj, you have Umran Malik, Umesh Yadav also bowled better. The fast bowlers that the Indian team is relying on, I don’t think it is the right decision. Bhuvneshwar conceded 52 runs in four overs and Harshal Patel also conceded 40 runs. You are a fast bowler and your strength is a slow ball, that is beyond my understanding.

This is not a good thing for the fast bowlers. I didn’t see anything that was bothering the batsmen, the pitch was good, the ball was coming on the bat well. India batted well, but Australia batted even better.
