Pat Cummins Praises Cameron Green and Travis Head
Australian Test captain Pat Cummins heaped praise on all-rounders Cameron Green and Travis Head after their team thrashed England by 146 runs in the fifth Test in Hobart, 4-0 in the Ashes.
His Sharp Spell of Six Overs :-
Cameron Green turned the game on its head on the third day with his sharp spell of six overs on either side of the tea break, starting a dramatic English collapse of 10 for 56.

Setting a target of 271, England looked well on the way to opener Rory Burns and Zach Crawley’s 68-run stand but Cameron broke the partnership at the stroke of a tee by dismissing the former.
He returned soon after the break and sent David Malan and Crowley to encourage free fall in their successful overs. After playing a crucial first inning of 74 runs in a 121-run partnership with Travis Head, who scored two centuries in four matches.
Pat admires both. Cummins said, “Last summer I thought he showed signs of his ability, and this summer he was really rested. I think he’s grown as a batsman and a bowler. And he’s someone in the world at the moment,” Cummins said. Just as good as an all-rounder.”
I Feel Really Lucky :-
Cameron Green Said- “To have someone so young as a captain, I feel really lucky, not only to fascinate him as a bowler, but I feel very calm when he bats forward.
“As a bowler, he’s real fourth quick. I feel like I turn to him sometimes before I turn to myself or anyone else. He just has that bounce, he has the curb, the insincere Qualification.
Head finished the Ashes as the leading run-getter from both sides with two centuries in four matches and scored 357 runs at an average of 59.5 to earn the Player of the Series award.
“Someone like Travis Head is still seen as one of the younger payers but he has a lot of feel in domestic cricket. He’s played a lot. As a captain, I don’t mind that he’s in unconventional ways. I think there was a drop last year and this year he came.
The Near A COVID-Positive Case :-
The Australian captain himself had a dream in his first high-profile assignment to the Test team. In addition to missing a game after a COVID-positive case was throwing to be a near coincidence. Pat Cummins averaged over 18 with 21 scalps as the series’ leading wicket-taker, a fifer at the start of the captaincy and seven Ended with a wicket.
“That was probably my biggest concern in accepting acting as captain,” Cummins said. “I’m in the team as a bowler, I want to determine if it’s safe and that I’m capable of doing what I like.

I think with each game I got better with administering it, I could actually switch off, take off the captain’s cap for my overs.
“Even the small things with the change in bowling, I think I have become good at managing it. It can be a difficulty in the heat or a long inning but I think it is something like Which I will only do well.”
