IPL 2023, Pat Cummins: Ahead of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023, the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) franchise team has suffered a major setback. Australia’s star bowling all-rounder Pat Cummins has decided not to participate in IPL 2023.

Pat Cummins announced on Twitter not to play IPL 2023 :-

Cummins announced this on Twitter and also thanked KKR. The ICC ODI World Cup is also to be played next year and apart from this, Australia also has to play the Ashes series. Cummins said that he has taken this decision only in view of the busy international schedule.

Cummins wrote on Twitter, ‘I have made the difficult decision that I will not take part in the IPL next year. The next 12 months, the international schedule is full of Tests and ODIs, so I will take some rest before the World Cup and Ashes series. After this, Pat Cummins has also thanked his franchise team KKR.
