Quinton de Kock gave two big Reasons for the Defeat in the First Match Against the Super Kings

Durban Super Giants, led by Quinton de Kock, suffered a defeat in the first match of South Africa T20 (SA20). Despite being in a much better position at one stage, the team lost the match in the end. Captain Quinton de Kock gave two major reasons for the team’s defeat.

Joburg Super Kings beat Durban Super Giants by 16 runs in the second match of South Africa T20. Batting first, Joburg Super Kings scored 190 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs, in response Durban Super Giants team managed to score 174 runs losing 5 wickets despite Quinton de Kock’s blistering innings. Batting first, the Super Kings had a poor start and lost 4 wickets for just 27 runs at one stage. Although Donavan Ferreira batted tremendously in the lower order. He took the team to a big score by scoring an unbeaten 82 off just 40 balls with the help of 8 fours and 5 sixes.

The Team got Defeated Despite the Captaincy Innings of Quinton de Kock

On the other hand, Quinton de Kock played the captaincy innings for Durban Super Giants and scored 78 runs in just 52 balls with the help of 5 fours and 5 sixes.
