Interestingly, Team India won both the opening matches of the series in 3-3 days. In both the matches, the spinners did wonders, especially all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja and off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin. Ashwin has made a big disclosure on his YouTube channel after the second Test match played at Delhi’s Ferozeshah Kotla ground. He has posted a video on his YouTube channel. In this, he has mentioned a conversation with a person in the flight after the Delhi Test.
Ashwin told that a person asked him in the flight that why did you finish the Delhi Test in 3 days? In response to this, Ashwin said to that person, ‘Look two things have changed nowadays. One is the mentality of the players. They want to play at a fast pace at the moment. His effort is to score runs quickly. These days cricketers do not want to take time to score runs. However, this is the only reason why we should not compare both the ways of playing. Neither should judge who is better. We should never compare generations with each other. Secondly, both these matches should not have ended in 3 days.

The Indian cricket team, captained by veteran opener Rohit Sharma, has retained the Border-Gavaskar Trophy for the fourth time in a row. The most amazing thing is that he won this trophy with only 6 days of play. The host team won both the Test matches played in Nagpur and Delhi in 3-3 days. Now his aim is to reach the final of the World Test Championship (WTC Final) and after winning the next match of the series to be held in Indore, Team India will get the ticket for that match as well.
