India spinner R Ashwin may be set to make a comeback in the ODI series against South Africa. After the ongoing Test matches. Ashwin played the last ODI for India in 2017.

According to a report in Cricbuzz – R Ashwin is setting to make a comeback in the ODI squad for the South Africa series, which has been trending since his return to limited-overs cricket that began with the 2021 T20 World Cup.

Ashwin picked up three wickets in two T20Is against New Zealand in India after the T20 World Cup and reportedly infuriated head coach Rahul Dravid and the think tank.
