New Delhi, Online Desk. The knockout matches of the Ranji Trophy 2022 are starting from June 6. These matches will be in Bangalore. League stage matches and knockouts interspersed for two months due to the IPL. This will be the first time that the premier domestic red-ball tournament will be in India in the month of June.

Teams Qualifying in the Quarter Finals

7 top teams Madhya Pradesh, Bengal, Karnataka, Mumbai, Uttarakhand, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh qualified directly from the league stage for the quarterfinals. Also, Jharkhand had made their place in the last eight after winning the pre-quarterfinal match over plate-group winners Nagaland.

2 Quarterfinal- Mumbai vs Uttarakhand (KSCA Cricket Ground) Alur

Semifinal match schedule

The semi-final matches will be from June 14-18. In the first semi-final match, the winner of Quarterfinal 1 will face the winner of Quarterfinal 4, while in the second semi-final, the winner of Quarterfile 2 and Quarterfile 3 will compete.

Ranji Trophy final match

The final match of the Ranji Trophy will be from June 22-26 at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium. According to BCCI. Spectators not allowed to enter the stadium as the knockouts will be under bio-bubble security. “The presence of spectators restricted as per the rules laid down by the state. And health regulatory authorities under the Biosecure Protocol.”
