Ravichandran Ashwin is not yet associated with Team India in England, turns out to be positive in Covid-19 test

Chennai: Indian team’s experienced off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin has turned out to be Kovid-19 positive and hence he has not left for England for the rest of the team. This information has been received from a BCCI source. Ravichandran Ashwin is currently in Quarantine and is yet to leave for England for the only Test. At present, Isolated Ravichandran Ashwin will be able to join the squad only after fulfilling the requirements of all medical protocols.

Except Ravichandran Ashwin, the rest of the Indian team has reached England

Last year the fifth Test between India and England was postponed due to Covid-19. Which will be held on 1 July at Trentbridge.
