New Delhi, Online Desk. RCB vs MI IPL 2022: The 18th league match of IPL 2022 was played between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Mumbai Indians at MCA Stadium, Pune. Chasing a target of 152 runs in this match, Bangalore defeated Mumbai by 7 wickets. For Bangalore, Anuj Rawat scored 66 while Virat Kohli scored 48 runs. This is RCB’s third win in the season.

Bangalore innings, Rawat’s first IPL half-century

Bangalore beat Mumbai by 7 wickets to register their third win of the season. Won the match with 9 balls to spare on the basis of Anuj Rawat’s 66 and Kohli’s 48-run knock. Earlier, chasing the target, Bangalore got the first blow in the form of captain du Plessis. He scored 16 runs and was caught by Unadkat at the hands of Suryakumar Yadav. RCB got the second blow in the form of a run out. Rawat played an innings of 66 runs. Virat Kohli got out for the third wicket. He was dismissed lbw by Brevis on the score of 48 runs.

Mumbai’s innings, Suryakumar Yadav’s half-century

Batting first after losing the toss, Mumbai scored 151 runs for the loss of 6 wickets thanks to Suryakumar Yadav’s innings of 68 runs. Earlier, captain Rohit Sharma shared a good 50-run partnership with Ishan Kishan for the first wicket, but Harshal Patel caught him on his own ball on the score of 26 runs. Dewald Brevis was out for the second wicket, who dismissed lbw by Hasaranga. He scored 8 runs. Ishan Kishan was out for the third wicket. He scored 26 runs. The Bangalore team came out with a change. Glenn Maxwell included in place of Sherfane Rutherford while the Mumbai team went with two changes. Jaydev Unadkat in place of Tymal Mills and Ramandeep Singh in place of Daniel Sams included in the playing XI.
