“It’s clearly an opportunity and it’s one that I look forward to taking and hopefully try and charge the right people,” Topley said. “But known, being in Dubai, I felt I was ready if the opportunity came.
Unfortunately, that never happened. But, you know, it was good when I got out there. And it was about to happen. A great opportunity to get some playtime after being apart for a month or two.”
Apart from not getting the opportunity to play, Tople found his experience in the UAE invaluable. He was particularly grateful to have spent some time with Chris Woakes and new Surrey T20 captain and Sydney Sixers recruit Chris Jordan.
“Being around someone like Chris Jordan, trying to flesh things out is how he goes about it in the various positions of death and the game,” Reece Topley said.
“Even with someone like Vokesi bowling at the summit, if you keep people around you in the changing room why not you.”

“To be honest, I was bowling only in the nets here. I am lucky to be a bowler because you know everyone would love a net bowler. If I were a batsman who would tell people to charge on me. So I don’t think I would be equally famous.
I Am Always Ready To Bowl To Anyone :-
But I was always ready to bowl to anyone who wanted to have a net around here. And that really helped me especially when it’s cold in England. It’s great to bowl in the nets out here and indoors Bowling where it’s cold.”

But more than anything, he’s just happy to get fit and playback in form.

“I’m really happy where I am,” Reece Topley said. “I think playing continuously for three years like summer, winter, summer, winter. that is obviously a big question. But I am glad that I have been able to answer it by playing continuously and staying injury-free in comparison.
Obviously, as a bowler, probably the biggest battle you face most of the time is getting fit. But I think being fit and accessible and then playing is strongly helping me grow.”
