Shakib Al Hasan To lead the Bangla Tigers in the Abu Dhabi T10 League. Hasan has signed with the Bangla Tigers as an icon player.
Appointed the captain of the team for the fifth season of the T10 League:-
He has been named the captain of the team for the fifth season of the Abu Dhabi T10 League to be held in November this year. Tigers have also appointed former India fast bowler S Sreesanth as their mentor.

While former Bangladesh all-rounder Aftab Ahmed has been made the head coach and Najmul Abedin Faheem as the assistant coach.
West Indies batsman Evin Lewis, New Zealand’s Colin Munro, Pakistan pacer Mohammad Amir and Sri Lanka pacer Mathisha Pathirana are also set to join the franchise along with Shakib.
The Played five matches for Kerala Knights:-
Shakib, who was recently named Bangladesh captain for the Asia Cup and T20 World Cup, has previously featured in the tournament, playing five matches for Kerala Knights in the inaugural edition.
He has an impressive record in T20Is, scoring 5974 runs in 367 matches at a strike rate of 121.59 and taking 418 wickets at an economy of 6.78.
This will be his first coaching stint for Sreesanth after he announced his retirement from domestic cricket in March this year.
