I am saddened to see the emergency law and curfew in Sri Lanka. The government cannot ignore its people who are agitating for their needs. Arresting the agitating people is not acceptable and I am proud of the brave lawyers who come in the defense of those people. True leaders make mistakes. We need to stand by our people. All these problems are created by man and only an educated person can solve them. Some people are controlling the economy of this country and people no longer trust them. We need a good team to give confidence and confidence to the country. Now is not the time to waste, this is not the time to be polite and make excuses.

Kumar Sangakkara, through a post
