Team India became No.1 in ICC Ranking in all three formats, created history

ICC Ranking, Team India: The Indian team created history by defeating Australia by five wickets in the first match. India defeated Pakistan and achieved the number-1 position in the ODI team rankings. Not only this, the Indian team has now become the number-one team in all three formats. The Indian team has created history by becoming number-1 in all three formats at the same time and has become the second team in the world to do so.

ICC Ranking: India ‘s number of points in all three formats:-

India defeated Australia by five wickets in the first ODI match played in Mohali. After winning the first ODI match, India became number one in the ICC ODI team rankings. Team India now has 116 points. At the same time, it is at first place in test ranking with 118 points. Apart from this, India is on top in T-20 ranking with 264 points.

After South Africa, India repeated the feat :-

The Indian team has become the second team in the world to achieve first position in ODI, Test and T-20. Earlier in the year 2012, South Africa had achieved this feat. Now the Indian team has repeated this feat. For the first time, the Indian team has become number-1 in all three formats at the same time. It has become the second team in the world to do so.

Defeated Australia by five wickets in the first ODI :-

The first match of the three-match series between India and Australia was played in Mohali. Australia batted first and scored 276 runs. Mohammed Shami took five wickets. Bumrah, Ashwin and Jadeja got one wicket each. While chasing the target of 277 runs, Indian openers Shubman Gill and Rituraj made a century partnership.

Shubman Gill was out after scoring 77 runs while Rituraj played an inning of 71 runs. Later, KL Rahul (58 not out) and Suryakumar (50 runs) scored half-centuries and took the team to the threshold of victory. India scored 281 runs losing five wickets. Adam Zampa got two wickets.
