The hosts 2-0 in the T20 series in Finland, both matches played on the same day

Hosts Finland defeated Estonia 2–0 in the two-match T20I series played in Kerava. Finland won the first match by 23 runs and in the second match by 11 runs. This series between the two teams was played as part of the preparations for the ICC T20 World Cup Europe Qualifier.

In the first match, after losing the toss, Finland scored 139/6 in 20 overs. In response to which Estonia scored 116/4 in 20 overs. Finland captain Nathan Collins top-scored with 45. While Mahesh Tambe scored an unbeaten 31 and Amjad Sher scored an unbeaten 22. Habib Khan (2/35 & 31) of Estonia put up a fine all-round performance.

Finland scored 182/7 in 20 overs

Playing first after winning the toss in the second match. Finland scored 182/7 in 20 overs, in which captain Nathan Collins played a brilliant innings of 79 runs. In reply, Estonia’s team scored 171/6 in 20 overs and could not win. Captain Arslan Amjad played an inning of 62 runs. While Habib Khan (2/25 and 51) made good all-round performance in the second consecutive match.

Nathan Collins scored the highest 124 runs in two matches. While Habib Khan took the highest four wickets in two matches. Nathan Collins, Arslan Amjad and Habib Khan hit a half-century each in the series. In the bowling, Naveed Shahid of Finland holds the record for taking three wickets in an innings.
