Harry Brook, praised as the best of his four Test hundreds to date, finished the first day of the second Test against New Zealand on 315 without further loss after helping England recover from 21 for three. done.

Brook said –

“It (the pitch) always gets easier when the ball gets a bit old. The longer you bat, the easier it gets. The toughest part about batting is the first 20 balls.
