‘The Whole School Knew he Liked me’ Ashwin’s Wife Reveals Their Love Story

Preeti and Ashwin Used to Study in the Same School Together

Recalling the initial days, Preeti said that she and Ashwin used to study in the same school together and have known each other since then. She explained “But then, we grew up and met again as adults. I was working in an event company. He liked me and the whole school knew it… He decided to pursue a career in cricket. However, we were in touch outside school. We used to meet on birthdays or at neighbors’ events. I met him again when I was handling CSK’s accounts and all of a sudden I saw him as a six foot man. Seen as in. We knew each other since seventh grade.

As luck would have it, they went from being childhood friends to falling in love later in life. Preeti told that Ashwin knew her for 10 years. He then asked her out on a date. Ashwin took Preeti to the ground and simply said ‘I have liked you all my life and it hasn’t changed in 10 years’. We’re adults and let’s try it.”

This reveals a lot about their relationship, as Preeti reveals Ashwin’s nature as a father and a husband. He pointed out which of them is most likely to start a fight with the other. “This is Ashwin.
