Former Pakistan team player Rashid Latif has given a big response to England’s young batsman Harry Brook. He is very impressed with the way Harry Brook plays. Rashid Latif said that Brook has so much potential that he can become a batsman like Babar Azam or Virat Kohli in the coming days.

There was a very expensive bid for Harry Brook during the IPL 2023 auction. Brook’s strike rate in T20 is 148.38. He participated in the IPL auction for the first time and got huge bids for him. His base price was only 1.5 crores but he sold very expensively. The team of Sunrisers Hyderabad bought him for an amount of 13 crore 25 lakhs. Apart from this, Brook also performed tremendously in the Test series against Pakistan. The right-handed batsman scored 468 runs in five innings in three Tests at an impressive average of 93.60 and also scored three centuries. He scored the most runs in the series and was also adjudged Player of the Series.

During a conversation on his YouTube channel, Rashid Latif has given a big response to Harry Brook. They said,

If you look at Brook’s performance, he has done exceptionally well in the last few innings. They are not even taking the name of stopping. He became one of the costliest overseas players in the IPL auction. He is one of the best batsmen in the world at the moment. And can become the next Babar Azam or Virat Kohli of world cricket.

Apart from Rashid Latif, England Test team captain Ben Stokes also compared Brook to Virat Kohli. According to him, like Kohli, Brook will also perform tremendously in all three formats. In a conversation with Sky Sports, Stokes praised Harry Brook a lot.
