Antigua: India’s youth brigade (U-19 World Cup 2022 Semifinal) defeated Australia at the Coolies Cricket Ground in Antigua to reach the final for the fourth time in a row. For India, Dhul scored 110 before being run out while Rashid made 94. Jack Nisbet and William Salzman took two wickets each for Australia.

Yash played the captaincy innings and hit 110 runs in 110 balls with 10 fours and a six. He is the third Indian captain to score a century in the Under-19 World Cup. Before him, Virat Kohli scored a century against West Indies in 2008, while Unmukt Chand scored an unbeaten 111 against Australia in 2012.
