As a Senior Physiotherapist :-

Ashish Kaushik first joined NCA in 2009 and worked as a Senior Physiotherapist till 2014. He also worked with the Indian side at the time of the 2011 World Cup and later joined as Head Physiotherapist in 2017.

He was one of the key figures of the NCA under Rahul’s guidance. Enjoyed the immense optimism of Dravid and the former India captain. He recently traveled with the Indian side for the limited-overs series in Sri Lanka.

This comes as a setback to BCCI’s ambitious dispersal plans for the NCA. The board has bought a huge land in Bangalore to convert the NCA into a high-performance center. His exit also comes at a time when the support staff’s consent to the academy has run out.
