Kaur worked with both bat and ball as they beat Melbourne Renegades by six wickets. In the ongoing Women’s Big Bash League (WBBL) at Lilac Hill Park in Perth on Sunday. He took two wickets before making an unbeaten 46-ball 73 as the Renegades won the game with two balls and six wickets to spare. The 32-year-old had scored 43 off 32 balls in Renegade’s previous match against Sydney Sixers.

Among other Indian players, Deepti Sharma and Smriti Mandhana also starred for the Sydney Thunders as the defending champions won their first game of the season by beating the Hobart Hurricanes 37 runs.
Harmanpreet, who has struggled with fitness and form for the past 12 months, has been impressive in the current WBBL.

Deepti scored 20 off 15 balls before picking up three wickets. Mandhana, on the other hand, continued her fine form with a knock of 50 runs.
